Returns for Online Orders

We understand that it is sometimes difficult to know what to expect when purchasing beauty products – especially when shopping online. We are very lenient with our policy. If you are not 100% satisfied, please contact us via email and we will do our best to make it right. Items that are returned to us unopened, unused, and in saleable condition may qualify for a refund. Otherwise you may qualify for a store credit. We do not charge re-stocking fees.
To qualify for a return or exchange, you will need:
– Your order number (supplied by FTB Beauty in your order confirmation email)
– Original packaging (including boxes, wrapping, plastic, etc.)
All products for which a return has been requested must be delivered back to us within 45 days of the original purchase. After that time, we are not able to process refunds. Product may still be eligible to be returned for a store credit; contact us for details. Shipping charges are non-refundable; however, we will refund your original shipping cost in the event that the retun is caused by an error on our part.
Shipping Errors or Defective Products
If an error has been made in shipping or you have received a defective product, please contact us with your order number (which can be found in your order confirmation email, or on your online account), a description of the issue, and a photo, if applicable. We will either process a refund, or re-ship your order depending on the issue. If there are items that need to be returned to us, we will provide you with apre-paid return label for you to use. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns for any other reason
If you would like to return something for any other reason than shipping errors or defective products, please contact us with your request. Be sure to include your order number, which can be found in your order confirmation email or on your online account. We will provide you with a pre-paid return label and will deduct the shipping cost from the refund amount ($7.99+ tax for most locations). Products that are used or do not have a safety seal cannot be refunded. We would provide a store credit for any orders that contain these type of products.
